Hehehehe — Bon Appetit magazine posts their 15 most insane vintage recipes

I was born in the mid 1970s, so I missed the whole “gelatinize and jello-mold ALL the foods” fad of the 1960s and 1970s. Wow.

First recipe: Avocado Meatza, 1976, large soup bowl made out of cooked ground beef, filled with cheddar cheese soup, sliced avocados, strips of bacon, and cherry tomatoes.
