Tart Cherry Cobbler
Cobbler:
6 cans Montmorency sour cherries
1 cup demerara sugar
1-3 cinnamon sticks
2 cups dry red wine (preferably chianti)
3-6 Tbls corn starch
small amount of cold water
1/4 tspn almond extract

1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
